2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Permitted Use

• Monitoring the location of your minor children with parental authority.
• Tracking company-owned devices with documented employee consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Service to track, stalk, or monitor any person without their explicit consent.
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its results without written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are owned by PhoneFindr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoneFindr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhoneFindr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PhoneFindr operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
